These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jetbuss ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the jetbuss website, mobile interface, betting services, casino products, account management facilities, payment processing services, promotional offers, and any other features made available through the platform.

By completing the account registration process on jetbuss, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an account and must immediately cease using the platform.

jetbuss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms & Conditions, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of jetbuss following the publication of any updated version of this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated or summarised version of these terms, the English text shall prevail. All communications between jetbuss and players are conducted in English, which is the sole official language of the platform's operations.

To register and use jetbuss, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account's existence:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jetbuss is strictly an adults-only platform. Registration by any person under the age of 18 is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list — whether administered by jetbuss or by any external responsible gaming organisation — at the time of registration.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting in a professional capacity as a sports bettor or casino advantage player in a manner designed to systematically exploit platform vulnerabilities.

It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to take all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing jetbuss. If you believe a minor has registered on this platform using your payment details or personal information, please contact our support team immediately at support@jetbuss (plain text — not a link).

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of jetbuss complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. jetbuss makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. Players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk and legal liability.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on jetbuss. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, jetbuss reserves the right to suspend all duplicate accounts, void any pending or settled bets, forfeit all bonus funds, and withhold or reverse any withdrawals pending at the time of detection.

Registration Information

When registering on jetbuss, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if any details change after registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of this Agreement and may result in account termination.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account. jetbuss will never contact you via email, SMS, or live chat to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from jetbuss that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and responsible gaming, jetbuss may at any time request identity verification documents from account holders. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and in some cases a photograph or selfie for facial verification purposes. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by our support team may have deposits, withdrawals, and betting activity suspended until verification is completed.

jetbuss accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jetbuss account balance instantly upon confirmation from the respective mobile financial service provider. Deposits made via bank transfer or card may be subject to additional processing time depending on the issuing institution. jetbuss does not charge any fees for standard deposits, though your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2–6 hours for mobile financial service methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during standard operating hours. Bank card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your card issuer's processing timelines. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering procedures.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been successfully used to make a deposit on the account.
• Your account must have successfully passed any applicable KYC verification requirements before a withdrawal can be approved.
• Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be settled before the associated deposit amount can be withdrawn, unless the bonus is cancelled by the player.
• jetbuss reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The account name on the receiving payment method must match the registered name on your jetbuss account.

All bets and wagers placed on jetbuss are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question, as published on the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific rules of a particular game or betting market, the specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market only.

Sports Betting

All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, and other sports offered on the platform — are subject to jetbuss's Sports Betting Rules. Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. jetbuss reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to technical error, human error, or data feed failure.

Live / In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are offered on selected events. Due to the real-time nature of in-play odds, there may be a brief delay between the moment you submit a bet and the moment it is confirmed. During this period, the odds may move. jetbuss offers in-play betting on an "accepted odds" basis: your bet will be confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of submission, subject to the bet not being voided for technical reasons. jetbuss reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.

Casino Games

All casino games on jetbuss — including slots, live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), crash games, dice games, and other products from providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — use certified RNG technology or live dealer infrastructure provided by the respective game suppliers. The rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game interface. jetbuss is not responsible for any technical malfunction occurring within a game provider's software infrastructure.

Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games on jetbuss. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or market page. jetbuss reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual accounts or across the platform without prior notice where risk management considerations require it.

jetbuss offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to that promotion, as published on the Promotions page within the platform.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that the bonus amount must be wagered a total of thirty times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Duplicate accounts used to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all associated accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• jetbuss reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirement already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds have been exhausted, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.
• Certain game categories (typically live dealer games or low-RTP slots) may be excluded from bonus wagering contributions. Refer to individual promotion pages for contribution rates by game type.
• jetbuss reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour in relation to bonus offers is detected.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jetbuss. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an account.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transaction patterns are subject to review and reporting.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through duplicate accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or any form of arbitrage betting using bonus funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of a bet or game, including chip-dumping in poker or deliberate match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Hacking and unauthorised access: Attempting to access the platform's systems, databases, or another player's account without authorisation. Any use of bots, scrapers, automated betting software, or scripts to interact with the platform is prohibited.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly placing bets or wagers that take advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or any manifest error in the platform's systems. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to jetbuss by any person under the age of 18.

jetbuss employs real-time monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. If your account is flagged for investigation, jetbuss may temporarily restrict your ability to deposit, withdraw, or place bets while the investigation is ongoing. We will communicate the outcome of any investigation to you in writing at the email address registered on your account.

jetbuss reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: confirmed fraudulent activity, AML concerns, provision of false registration details, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7, or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our 24/7 English-language customer support team via live chat on the platform. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, jetbuss will process any remaining withdrawable balance to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless a responsible gaming self-exclusion is the reason for closure, in which case a case-by-case assessment will be made.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion via their account settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. jetbuss will take reasonable steps to prevent the opening of a new account by a self-excluded player.

Consequences of Account Closure for Cause

Where jetbuss closes an account for cause (i.e., due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions), any funds remaining in the account will be subject to review. In cases involving fraud, money laundering, or systematic bonus abuse, jetbuss reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation, and to permanently ban the associated player from registering a new account on the platform.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. By using jetbuss, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of your own jurisdiction regarding online gambling. jetbuss makes no warranty that use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions and disclaims all liability arising from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited or restricted.
